Covid-19 Shipping Updates
ATTENTION! Due to a recent spike of questionable cases with Standard Mail, we recommend our customers to opt for either Smart Pac, 2-3 Working Days, or Next-Day Delivery for the time being.
We are able to control the quality from our side; however, once the package is in transit, unfortunately it is no longer within our reasonable bounds of oversight. With Standard Mail we will not be able to provide customers with tracking details, a definite date of arrival (neither for SmartPac as well), or be held accountable for any lost package(s) mid-transit. For domestic orders, please contact us if your items haven't arrived after two weeks.
If you prefer to have your items arrive by a certain date, we recommend you to opt for 2-3 Working Days or Next-Day Delivery and to notify us immediately after you have placed your order by attaching your order number in the email.
We have begun investigations into this matter and want to assure our customers that we are doing everything we can to assist customers receiving their packages in a timely manner.
