Cancellations
Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 4 hours of making their purchases. WeĀ are unable to accept changes to orders outside the 4-hour windowĀ since our orders are immediately and automatically sent out for fulfillment and logistics processing once they've been received.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations for purchases after orders are shipped. If you have made a mistake with your order details or shipping address, please write to us atĀ dweebands@gmail.comĀ and we will gladly assist you if the order has not yet been shipped. All sales are non-refundable.
